Payment Terms

  • Deposits are not currently required to make a booking

  • Five days before arrival date, payments for any booking with an amount due will be processed for 100% of the booking total (for all days booked).  At that time, the booking cannot be modified, canceled or refunded in any amount, for any reason. 


Payment  Methods

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards

  • Cash not accepted;  Prepaid credit/debit cards not accepted

  • Credit/Debit card on reservation must have primary guest name on it or have signed authorization for payment



  • Cancellation of any booking is free (no penalty) until five days before the arrival date, including prepaid bookings made via third-party travel sites (Expedia,, Travelocity, Orbitz and others)

  • Once payment is processed (five days before arrival date), the booking cannot be modified, canceled or refunded in any amount, for any reason

  • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance and/or use payment cards that may offer travel insurance to cover sudden illness, canceled flights, emergencies, etc.  Refunds are not available if the booking is not used.  

Room Occupancy Limits

  • Room occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and guests may not have additional guests stay in the room with them above the room occupancy limit.  Limits are clearly stated on all confirmation notices.

Age Requirements

  • Primary guest on the reservation must be at least 18 years of age or older, and must present a valid photo ID plus a credit/debit card in the name of the primary guest

Reception Desk Hours

  • Daily 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM   (07:30 - 22:00)

    • Please note the reception desk and office may close as early as 9-10pm on some nights, depending upon guest arrival times; after hours arrivals must be arranged in advance​

  • Arrivals after 10:00 PM  (22:00) must arrange for a key lockbox in advance. Please contact our office for late arrival. 


Check-in & Check-Out

  • Check in time is 2:00 PM   (14:00)    If you arrive early, you may leave luggage with us until room is ready

  • Check out time is 11:00 AM   (11:00)    Luggage may be stored on day of departure until 07:00 PM  (19:00)



  • Daily 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM   (07:00 - 10:00)

  • Self-serve continental breakfast; various bagels, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, nuts, raisins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, non-fat milk,  condiments.  Please note that some items may be substituted or not available from time to time.  (Sorry, we cannot shop for special item requests).

Cribs, Rollaway Beds, Cots, Extra Bedding

  • Cribs, cots, rollaway bed and extra bedding not available or allowed

  • Personal bedding, including pillows or bedding of any kind may not be brought into the property

  • Maximum room occupancy levels must be observed - additional guests above maximum occupancy may not sleep on the floor or share the room with you


  • Children up to 5 years old may share a bed with their parent(s)

  • Children over 5 years old must have their own bed

  • Children under 12 may not stay in rooms with shared bathrooms

Room Parties & Noise

  • Room parties are not allowed at any time

  • For the courtesy and benefit of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum


No Smoking

  • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside property at any time

  • Cannabis products must be in tightly sealed containers, and must not emit any odors (no exceptions)

  • Smoking is allowed outside only, minimum 20 feet from entrance;  smoking allowed on back decks away from other guests between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM only.  

COVID Cancellations

  • While we sympathize with guests whose travel plans may be impacted by a COVID diagnosis, we are unable to approve refunds or waive fees for reservations canceled after payment is taken, within five days of arrival.  We do not require deposits or credit card holds, and our cancellation policy is very generous, but as a small, independent business, we are unable to absorb the costs of last-minute cancellations.  

  • We STRONGLY advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to illness or other last-minute circumstances.
