You have been assigned a parking space with us based upon the make/model vehicle you provided. Please read this entire message before traveling.

 

IMPORTANT!  If you have been assigned these directions to enter the alley from Haviland Street, it is because the entrance to the Public Alley 903 from Edgerly Road is blocked.  Our parking spaces are located in Public Alley 903. Please read these directions completely and follow the directions very carefully.

First things first:

• Our parking spaces can accommodate small or medium sized vehicles only (a maximum of 192" in length).  The alley is only one car-width wide, and the parking spaces are narrow and tight, so please be very careful when parking

• We strongly recommend that you back into the space if possible;  it's easier to park if you back in, and easier to exit the space

• Upon arrival to the parking spaces, if you are not comfortable with parking in the narrow space, or if there are other vehicles making it difficult to maneuver into the space, your best other option is to park in the Westland Parking Garage instead. 

• Parking spaces are usually not available until 12:30pm or after

• You may park your car until 12:00pm on your day of departure

• Extended parking is occasionally available until 6:00pm on day of departure for an additional fee, but you must check with the front desk the morning of departure to see if extended parking is available

• Extended parking availability depends upon the need to accommodate incoming guests with vehicles, who are given first priority (just as you were given priority for your incoming stay with us).

You will need to park your vehicle first, and then grab your luggage and walk around from the alley to the office to our front desk for check in (2-minutes).

The entrance to the alley (link above) will direct you to 4 Haviland Street which is next to the alley entrance. You will need to set your starting location on your GPS/map

There is a photo of the entrance to the alley at the bottom of this page. Be sure to take a look at it and understand where you'll need to turn into the alley.  

 

All of our assigned spaces are designated with either a number or letter.  Some properties have not assigned any number or letter to their spaces, and you may not park in those. You must park only in the assigned space to avoid having your car towed. Please be sure to park carefully so that your vehicle isn't sticking out into the alley or in any way blocking passage or other spaces.

Look for your assigned space - our spaces are either numbered or lettered (4, 3, 2, 1, E, F, G, H) - the numbers or letters are painted on the ground at the entrance of each spot.   

** Note:  all spaces except space 2 require you to pull into the space.  Space 2 is the only parallel space to the alley...please do not block space 3, and please park as closely to the deck as possible and be sure your vehicle is not sticking out into the alley.  The alley is also used by commercial vehicles so you don't want your vehicle to get scraped if you don't park correctly.  Thank you.

 

Again, if you find that your vehicle won't fit, or if you can't maneuver into the space, or if you're not comfortable parking in the space due to it's size, you'll need to park instead in an area garage - we recommend Westland Parking Garage, which is at the other end of Edgerly Road where you first turned onto Edgerly (above the Whole Foods). Their website is Westland Parking Garage  and they are at 35 Westland Avenue. Or you may choose any other area parking garage/lot of your own choosing.  The Westland Garage is nearest to us compared to all others. While not required, you may use the Spot Hero app to reserve a spot and get a discount. Discounts are only offered via the app...if you simply go directly to the garage the charges will be full price. 

 

Unfortunately, we do not have a rear entrance to our properties, so once you've parked, please walk either direction in the alley back to the street side and to our office at 22 Edgerly Road to register and check in.  You won't find a large sign for our property - we are located in a residential building.
