We're certified as "Clean and Safe" by the Massachusetts Lodging Association.  100% of our staff are fully vaccinated against COVID

NOTICE:

The City of Boston lifted its mask mandate on March 5, 2022.  The decision was made based on key COVID-19 metrics, which showed continued improvement in the prevalence and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic in Boston.

Residents and visitors to Boston are no longer be required by the City to wear a face covering in indoor public spaces, such as gyms, bars and restaurants, museums, and entertainment venues. Individual operators may still choose to require masking. Public transportation, health care settings, and congregant care settings may be subject to state and federal mask orders if announced at any time, or according to their own business policies.

COVID Cancellations

While we sympathize with guests whose travel plans may be impacted by a COVID diagnosis, we are unable to approve refunds or waive fees for reservations canceled after payment is taken, within five days of arrival.  We do not require deposits or credit card holds, and our cancellation policy is very generous, but as a small, independent business, we are unable to absorb the costs of last-minute cancellations.  We STRONGLY advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to illness or other last-minute circumstances.

Thank you, and stay healthy!
